Program and operator
The text-message program is provided by G.I. Bruno Service & Repair, operated by GI BRUNO PRODUCTIONS INC. It is for one-to-one customer-care conversations about service requests initiated by the customer.
How you consent
You consent to receive conversational text messages from us about your request when you text (516) 725-0450 directly or select “Open text message” on this website and then choose to send that message from your own device.
The website does not submit the draft, send a text for you, or enroll you automatically. You can choose not to send it and may call or email instead. Consent to text messages is not a condition of purchasing service.
What messages cover
Messages may identify G.I. Bruno Service & Repair and may include questions about the job, photo or access requests, estimates or next steps, availability and scheduling, appointment or service updates, and follow-up related to your request or job. This consent does not authorize unrelated promotional or marketing messages.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on the conversation and the service request. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility and phone-number authority
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, and you must be the subscriber or an authorized user of the phone number you use. Tell us if the number changes or is no longer yours.
STOP, HELP, and rejoining
Reply STOP to opt out. After the allowed confirmation, no further texts will be sent unless you later provide new consent. Reply HELP for help, call (516) 725-0450, or email service@gibrunoservice.com. If you opted out and want to text again, contact us and provide new consent before automated messaging resumes.
Privacy
Mobile information, SMS consent, and opt-in data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how information is handled.
